What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Cash on delivery adds a Rs.100 handling fee; bank transfer has no extra fee.
How does bank transfer work?
Choose Bank Transfer at checkout and place your order. You will immediately see our bank details with copy buttons for the account number and IBAN. Transfer the exact order total, then upload a screenshot of the receipt on the same page – or send it to us on WhatsApp. We confirm your order as soon as the payment shows in our account.
Why is there a handling fee on Cash on Delivery?
Cash on delivery involves extra handling and courier cash-collection costs, so a small Rs.100 fee is added. Choose Bank Transfer to avoid it.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is Rs.200 with a tracking number and is free on orders of Rs.2,400 and above or when you buy 2 or more items. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 working days, depending on your city. Each city and town page shows its estimated delivery time.
Which cities does Beautefire deliver to?
Beautefire ships across Pakistan only. We list estimated delivery times for hundreds of cities, towns and tehsils on our cities page. If your exact address is outside the courier’s service area we will tell you before dispatch so you can choose a nearby pick-up city.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent once your order ships. You can also use the Track order page with your order number.
What is your refund policy?
You can claim a refund if you receive a defective or damaged product (short video proof required, reported within 7 days of delivery) or if your order is not delivered. Once the claim is verified, the refund is issued within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or by bank transfer. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, change of mind does not qualify for a refund, and exchanges are not offered. See the refund policy page for the full rules.
Can I return a product if I just do not like it?
No. Change of mind does not qualify for a refund or return, opened or used products cannot be returned and exchanges are not offered. Refunds are only for defective or damaged products (with video proof) and for orders that are not delivered. A patch test on your inner forearm before first use helps you check a new product safely.
Can I pay by card, EasyPaisa or JazzCash?
No. At the moment you can pay by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer only. There is no card, EasyPaisa or JazzCash checkout.
How can I be sure my Beautefire product is genuine?
Order only from beautefire.com or our official social pages – we cannot verify products bought from unauthorised resellers. Every product page lists the key ingredients and our contact details.
Should I use my Vitamin C and Alpha Arbutin serums in the morning or at night?
Use Vitamin C serum in the morning before sunscreen and Alpha Arbutin serum at night – you do not need to use both in the same application. If Alpha Arbutin is your only serum you can use it morning and night, with sunscreen after the morning application.
Do I need to patch-test before using a new serum or sunblock?
Yes. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before using it on your face, especially before your first use of a Vitamin C or Alpha Arbutin serum.
How long do results take?
Our guidance is about 3–4 weeks of daily use for C Glow and about 4–6 weeks for Clarity; older dark spots take longer. Results vary from person to person, and daily sunscreen is essential.
Do you promise skin whitening?
No. Beautefire does not promise to change your natural skin colour. Our products target dark spots, dullness, uneven tone, sun protection and dry lips.
Can men use Beautefire’s sunblock, serums and lip balm?
Yes. None of our formulas are gendered, so the sunblock, serums and tinted lip balms work the same way for men and women.
Is it safe to use Beautefire products during pregnancy?
We cannot give medical advice, so please check with your doctor before starting any new skincare active, including our serums, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
What is the price range for Beautefire products?
Tinted lip balms are Rs.749; the serums, sunscreen and BB cream are Rs.1,799 to Rs.1,949. Buying more than one item can unlock free shipping or a multi-buy discount.
Cash on delivery kaise kaam karta hai?
Checkout par Cash on Delivery chunein (Rs.100 handling fee) ya Bank Transfer (koi fee nahin). COD mein parcel milne par courier ko payment dein. Parcel kholte waqt chhoti video banayen taake kisi nuqsan ki surat mein claim ho sake.
Delivery kitne din mein hoti hai?
Order 1–2 business days mein process hota hai aur shehar ke hisaab se 2–5 working days mein pohanch jata hai. Har shehar ya qasbay ke page par uska andaza likha hai.
Refund kab milta hai?
Kharab ya damaged product (video ke saath, delivery ke 7 din ke andar bata dein) ya na pohanchne wale order par verify hone ke baad 5–7 business days mein refund hota hai. Khola hua ya istemal shuda product aur change of mind par refund nahin hota, aur exchange nahin hota.
Serum subah lagayen ya raat ko?
Vitamin C serum subah sunblock se pehle, aur Alpha Arbutin serum raat ko lagayen – dono ek hi waqt par lagane ki zaroorat nahin. Pehle patch test karein.
