Eligibility for Refund

  • You receive a defective or damaged product (video proof required).

  • Your order was not delivered.

How It Works

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order details and video proof (if defective).

  2. Once verified, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

  3. Refunds are processed through your original payment method or bank transfer.

Important Notes

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for opened or used products.

  • Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds are only applicable for valid complaints verified by our team.
