On 21 October 2026 the Pakistani online beauty stores we checked differed most in their free-delivery threshold (Rs.3,000 at Allure Beauty to Rs.5,000 at Derma.pk), whether they take cash on delivery, and how they handle returns: Derma.pk replaces but does not refund, Allure Beauty gives vouchers, Cozmetica allows 72 hours, Daraz allows 14 days. Beautefire is a brand store, not a marketplace: shipping Rs.200, free from Rs.2,400 or 2 or more items, cash on delivery or bank transfer, refunds for defective or undelivered orders only.
Buying skincare online in Pakistan means choosing between pharmacies, beauty retailers, marketplaces and the brands’ own stores. How to read this table
- Refund vs replacement. Several stores replace or give vouchers instead of refunding. Beautefire refunds, but only for defective, damaged or undelivered orders, not for change of mind.
- Authenticity is a promise, not proof. Every store says its products are genuine. Ask for batch and expiry details and compare the pack with the brand’s own website.
- Marketplaces differ by seller. On Daraz and similar sites, delivery, price and quality depend on the individual seller, so check seller ratings.
- Policies change. Some pages contradict themselves (Derma.pk’s homepage and shipping policy state different delivery fees), so confirm at checkout.
When a brand store is the better choice
If you want one brand’s product and a clear person to ask, buying from the brand avoids reseller margins and storage uncertainty. If you want many brands in one basket, a retailer or pharmacy is more convenient.
